We thank you for your understanding and patience and we cannot wait to show off our fresh new look.

After School Care - Oakham CofE and The Parks School do not currently provide before or after school care/provision.  The Ark Nursery provide private provision at the school and across Oakham.  Please visit their website (below) for more information.  Children who attend Oakham CofE and The Parks are collected by the Ark staff at the end of the day and dropped off in class before school.

Extra Curricular - The children are able to enjoy a range of after school and lunch time clubs.  So far this year the children have been offered the following:

Multi Sports, Football, Tag Rugby, Cross Country, Animation, Computer programming, Choir, Drumming, Hip-Hop, Tennis, Chess and Basketball.

Parents receive a new clubs list at the end of each half term (Please see Clubs/Extra Curricular letters in News section).  Clubs are lead by a range of adults including school staff and visiting sports coaches.  The clubs are always very well attended and more often than not children are placed on a waiting list.

Breakfast/Nurture Club - A by invitation only Breakfast club takes place every day for a small number of children.  The club aims to give children a happy start to the day by providing them with a healthy breakfast.  Using the Pupil Premium Funding, it is also an aim of the club to improve attendance and ensure that children arrive at school in good time ready for learning.  Whilst at the club the children not only enjoy breakfast with their peers they also play and socialise together on the Nintendo Wii, DSi or through drawing and reading.  The club also offers the children extra opportunities to read to an adult and improve their love of reading.

A special breakfast club Secret Santa breakfast..
